The Mudras & Kriyas Course introduces participants to traditional yogic practices involving hand gestures (Mudras), breathwork, movement, concentration, and cleansing or energetic techniques (Kriyas). The course is designed to help participants understand the traditional purpose of different Mudras and Kriyas and learn how they may be incorporated into meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and personal wellness practices.
